QB  SKILL WORK
ARM: Soft toss high release (Tricep press ball) x 5
  Last 6” drill x 5
  Get-2-0 drill (turn drill) x 10 (shoulders square, shoulder pointed)
  Step/Step Throw X 5
FEET: Warm Up 15 yds x 2 ea.
       
         Run backward (ball in 3rd hand, eyes up, shoulders square)
Glide and drag (big release step and lightly drag foot)

Heel crossover

Karaoka

Quick feet (crossovers)

2 glide and drag, 3 quick

5 step and hitch back to LOS at angle

Drops: set up with a partner at an angle, start to left (5 throws each, Be Accurate!)

3 step under center
3 step in Gun (which is catch and throw)
80 series Under
80 series in Gun
90 series Under (hamilton)
90 series in Gun

Drills: use a partner to direct you ( 5 - 10 throws each)
